  4. mukti mam really maine abhi yeh exercise ki or dekhne me itna easy lgra tha but jb start kiya end hote hote ufffffff but really lgra tha ki body k hr portion pr work kr raha hai plssss aap es trah ki videos banate rahiye aapke saath workout krte hue agar tired b ho jate hai na toh rukte ni hai usko end tak continue krte hai kyunki aapse motivation milta hai. thank you so much mam love you….β™₯️
